Soul Pole Studios offers a variety of classes that do more than give you a great workout! These classes are designed to give you an experience of empowerment, fun, and overcoming challenges. You’ll also learn about being confident and being comfortable expressing yourself! You’ll use a variety of pole dance forms to access, awaken, and nourish your soul.
